Positions offered:

-       Tower climber/ foreman

-       Tower hand/ rigger

-       Tower apprentice

Everyone will be working in a crew of 4 men.

Please submit resumes of your own crew if you have a crew.

Must Have:
3 to 5 years Climbing experience – all candidates

4G/LTE equipment install experience – all candidates in first round MUST be experienced in ALCATEL/ALU 4G/LTE equipment
Driver’s license (pick-up truck) – 2 candidates out of each 4 man crew
Basic English – all candidates
Technical English – 2 candidates out of each 4 man crew
Conversational English – at least 1 candidate out of each 4 man crew
The crews will be doing tower only installation of 4G/LTE equipment (Alcatel and Ericsson). Experience in base station install, ground and provisioning is optional but great if you have it.

Hours and Payment: $17.5-$22 per hour depending on your experience. We expect up to 60 hours a week in work, no overtime paid, but housing paid. We will provide US climbing certification upon arrival as long as all tools, climbing gear and so on needed as well as 1 truck per crew

The place of work: The first crews will be doing most of the work in Maryland, and Washington DC areas, possibly going to West Virginia and Virginia. All hotels and transportation are paid by employer.

Other details: You will be hired under H1B/ H2B visas. Visa and relocation expenses are covered by the employer. All employees are able to bring their family members if they wish. Their family members are not allowed to work unless they have authorization. Employer is not responsible by law for the expenses to bring family members. All workers by law will have paid vacation and sick days; all details will be included in the contract. If anyone wants to leave before the contract runs out for whatever reason, they should provide employer with two week notice. 

Start of the project: 1st of June and through the summer we will be bringing more crews. The contact length is 2-3 years.
